Refund & Returns Policy – Sana Garments

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., undergarments, socks)
  • Customized or special-order items

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
  • If rejected, you will be informed of the reason.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please email us at [your email address] and send your item to [your physical address].

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
